Important Information:
To hold an apartment requires a Deposit . All apartments are on a first come first serve basis. Once you have put your Deposit down you have up to 30 days to move in. If we do not have the size of apartment available or you are looking for a unit in the future may we suggest the waiting list. The waiting list requires a deposit check that we hold in the office. We will contact you 45 days in advance of when the apartment would be ready for move in.
Application Information:
We require that you fill out an application for residency. This is done for Credit Checks, Previous Rental History and Employment Verifications. There is a non-refundable $60.00 application fee for each applicant or Married Couple.
