The list below is current as of the date and time listed below. This page is updated as it changes daily. Please remember an apartment may be rented the day before it is removed from the list. Spring is a busy season so HURRY to your new home!

Important Information:

To hold an apartment we require a $200.00 deposit . All apartments are on a first come, first serve basis. Once your deposit is received we will reserve your apartment for up to 30 days. If we do not have the size of apartment available or you are looking for a unit in the future may we suggest the waiting list. The waiting list requires a deposit check that we hold in the office. We will contact you 45 days before the apartment is ready for move in.

Application Information:

We require that you fill out an application for residency. This is done for credit checks, previous rental history and employment verifications. There is a non-refundable $60.00 application fee for each applicant or married couple.
